Stock Tires...Coupe
Do all G35 ATs without the tire package come off the boat with the same tire selection....I have read about 2004 ATs owner buying their cars with different stock tires...

I think the coupes only come two ways, 17"s with a semi-all season tire, and 18"s with a performance tire. No brand/model option that I'm aware off. You can get the wheel/tire combo individually for ~a grand.

The base coupes had Bridgestone RE92's,or Goodyear Eagle RS-A's. The 18" and 6MT's came mostly with Michelin Pilot Sports, or Bridgestone RE040's.

I don't think so. They are both equally bad in the winter 
It mostly depends on what they are putting on them in the factory that day. I have seen Porsches built on the same day in the same batch but 3 cars will have 3 differ types of tires on them. Pirelli one one, Michelins, and Bridgestone's on the others. I don't think there is any set reasoning behind it really. However, almost all the G coupes came with the Michelins.
