Urgent 18' offset Q

Hi Guys,

did a search and can't find much info on offset for 18' wheels. I'm going Gram Lights in the following sizes

F 18x8.5 +20
R 18x9.5 +20
Lowered on 350z h-techs

Will the rears be ok?
