28lbs is quite heavy for wheels. Is that the weight of the front or rear wheels?

Yes, I considered the negative camber. I really like the way the stock wheels look and they don't stick out at all. These are a little wider and stick out just a bit more. I measured the stock 19" wheel while that car was jacked up in comparison to the aftermarket wheel and the factory 19" tucks in a bit more. I think I have pictures of a G with the same rims (35mm offset); when I get home today, I'll post it.
Thanks,

Here is a 9.5 +5 with a 285/35/19.
Notice how it has at least 5mm of clearance from being "flush" with the fender. This offset is over 1" further out than your 9.5+35. That is why it is impossible that your wheels are flush with the fenders. Once again, please post a pic of your "flush" wheels

I like them tucked but my drop will not be that low (350Z H-techs) so the camber may not be as agressive. I already have the wheels so I'm probably going to go ahead with the install. At worst, I'll just get a new set later on down the line.
Thanks

My statement was based on my observation and it really does look flushed with the fender. If I have time this weekend to remove the tire, I'll fit the aftermarket rim back on and show you what I mean.
Thanks
