I'm thinking the G isn't so bad for autocross, recently got 3rd out of 17 in my BONE STOCK sedan on the stock goodyears, which my research has shown is a pretty crappy tire as far as dry traction compared to others on the market...

Where was that? Local event or national tour? If local, do you have any national-caliber drivers competing in DS?
Here in San Diego, we have a couple of good drivers in Integra Type R's that regularly beat the local crowd of WRX's. I think there's a Sentra SE-R SpecV that ranks up high, too, from time to time.
I know my car certainly isn't doing it's absolute best yet.. I need to upgrade the driver. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

Local Phoenix event. I don't think anyone in the group listed has done a non-local event... It's a street tire category... I used to battle closely with Jay B in his WRX when I had my del Sol...
