Needing Tires....
Hi.
Its time for me to replace the tires on my '05 Coupe after about 24000 miles. Before I throw down $1k for new Michellen Pilot Sport's, are there any other good alternatives worth considering. I am in Central California, so I don't have to worry about snow. (I wont drive it southern CA if there is threat of snow or ice on I-5 over the pass not do I head up into the Sierra foothills in winter - I have a Grand AM for an every day driver)
I have have checked out Costco and TireRack.com. They have some alternatives that will save me a few bucks, but when it comes down to it, I want the best riding tire. I hope to sell my '05 and pickup a G37 sometime in 2008.
Thanks for any ideas or suggestions.

BFgoodrich KDW's are really good tires
and even better when someone sells them for dirt cheap!
