If weight is an issue, then don't even bother w/ spinners. The spinning part alone is a set of spokes, which means, you literally have two spokes on one wheel. A customer came in a while ago to see if we could fix one of his spinners.........it just stopped rotating for some reason. He brought in just the spinning spoke in and that alone weighed in a good 10lbs.

i saw a white g coupe about 4 months ago with spinners. i gotta say, they looked hot. i dont know about performance, but they sure did look hot.
