CoupeQuestion....

Can anyone recommend me which brand of tires are durable?
I have some Dunlop DZ101 on the front and rears, and at 26k my rear ones are worn out! Now i have to pay for some new ones.

I'm not sure if its my alignment or the tires. But does anyone know of a brand that would give me more thread.

Wow, thats crazy as those tires have a UTQG of 300 which is pretty high for a performance tire. The stock tires are 220 and they go quickly too. The higher you go the harder the tire, the lower the softer the rubber = more performance. I am at 12k right now and my rears are at 30% life left so go figure, must be our cars?

yeah, i couldn't believe how quick they wore out.
i just checked the rears..and it's bald. I check my receipt and i bought them at 36k and now i'm at 62k.
My fronts are ok. i really thought these would last more than months.
could it be my alignment?

its probably the inherent problem of tire feathering. Most of our cars have it and there is not much you can do about it. Frequent alignments can help, but as far as I know, Infiniti has not come out with a TSB for it yet.

Just search around the site theres a ton of info about it...

Bridgestone RE960AS pole positions. They are high performance all seasons and have a 40k mile treadwear warranty.

It's funny, theres like tons of threads asking about good tires...and i always say the same thing, here goes:
my car came with the performance tire pkg, they are Michlin PS2s...they're great, every one that has them loves them, BUT they are no good in snow lol, but summer dry and wet, they are awsome...do some reseach on tirerack.com they have pretty good comments on tires and a "Tire Decision Guide"
