EXE Konvex VS Axis Shine

Just wanted to get some opinions from you guys as to which of these two rims you prefer

EXE Konvex

OR

Axis Shine

i'd especially love to hear the reviews of those who've seen either these rims in person.

Thanks a mill.

Seen both in person... The Konvex are more rare, but have a little more "bling" look to em. The Shine's are nice, but i'd prefer the Konvex.

I have the Shine, but i at one point did consider the Konvex. I think the comparison of the two are kind of on two differnet levels. The Konvex, like Gdup said, have more a "bling" or "baller" status look to them whereas the Shine have more of the sporty 5 spoke look to them.

MadSkyline81, do you have any regrets for going with the Shines?? If you could do it all over again would you make the same decision?

Also could you guys comment on the offsets of each:

Shine: F 20x9 +15mm offset
.........R 20x10 +20mm offset

Konvex: F 20x9 +20mm offset
............R 20x10 +25mm offset

How would the fitment for each set of rims be based on those specs? you think spacers would be needed for either application?

Thanks.

no spacers needed for either fitment. friend of mine has shine on his OB G and it looks great. are you sure those are correct offsets for shine? my friends do not look that aggressive. my +19F, +19R Ro_Ja's look much more aggressive.

Two choices......?

If.........you only have two choices then I'd go with the Axis. The EXE spokes
are to fat on the rim side......looks odd!
