will 255/35/20 tires fit on 20x9.5 for sedans?

will 255/35/20 tires fit on 20x9.5 for sedans?

For you 03-07 sedan wheel and tire gurus, will 255/35/20 fit on a 20x9.5 +45mm rear with 350z suspension without rubbing?

I was thinking of going 275/30/20, but want to go with 255 instead...any help??

It'll fit and then some. you could even run 0 camber and it would still not rub.
