What are the stickiest tires for OEM 19" rims?

I need to replace my OEM tires from my 05 6MT cpe. I was looking for something stickier and perhaps a little wider than the stockers. Maybe a 235 up front and a 255 in the rear?

I like the Bridgestone RE01R's but they only come in this size:
245/35ZR19

Would it be bad to run that size front AND back? Will the back end sit too low to the point where it is noticeable?

Any other suggestions on a very sticky tire for the street that won't upset the VDC? I live in SoCal so snow is not a problem.

BFG KDW2's have great reviews for dry traction, wet traction is okay on them

Sticky Tires....!

The Michelins are not only good on dry streets but just as sticky on wet.
The first time you hit a wet spot and your rearend tries to pass the front
you'll wish you had bought Michelins......been there and it's get's your attention.....

What sizes will optimize traction while still getting the most out of the VDC system?
I was thinking:
Front: 245/35ZR19
Rear: 255/40ZR19
