Have the car wash pay for the repairs. If they don't comply, ask them to repeat the same procedure that ****ed up your wheels. Have a digicam handy and take a movie of the process and photos of before and after.

My wheels are ****ed as well, and I gotta live with the dull oxidized bare aluminum barrels now. Wheel sealers tend to work, but is no where the same as a nice clear anodized barrel.
