You're surprised? It's a subpar wheel.

Like said above, maybe you used a product that caused the chrome to peel....How long have you had the rims for? Maybe theyre covered by the manufacturers warranty...

Its the nature of chrome. You probably got a chip/nick in the chrome, and then it started to peel from there

Thats the bad part about having chrome wheels, once you get a small nick/chip/scratch, it can start the peeling process, regardless what brand chrome wheels you have. Worst part, you cant fix it, you have to get them re-chromed.

I would beg to differ. Proper chrome plating should never flake, peal, blister, etc. When this happens, it is basically a defect in the chroming process itself. What is the likely cause of your problem? Well the fact that Savas wheels are subpar. The wheels were probably not correctly prepped for the chroming process thus the result is your pealing.

Will agree some chrome plating are better than others and that proper prep will decrease chances of peeling. Asanti's are not sub par rims, and seen few that looked pretty bad from chrome peeling. Also seen some chrome IForged rims that looked bad as well. I did hear Iforged have switched different chromers time to time due to bad service.

Once again, I would beg to differ. Both Asanti (Lexani) and IForged wheels are subpar.

Just because they are seen on BMW, Benz, Lambo, Bently, etc. doesn't make them higher quality.

Yes, Weds Kranze series especially (I'm running those on my 350Z--Weds Kranze Borphes).

AME, and Superstar Wheel are also good.
