Will this offset fit my sedan?

I am gonna buy some coupe 19s from a member here and I just wanna make sure they fit, I have a 04 sedan with sport suspension no brembos, and am not lowered, but I would like to get 350z h-techs in the future, so with those wheels, would I need to get my fenders rolled or get any spacers?

The offsets are

Front: 19" x 8" +30mm offset (Tires are 225/40/19)

Rear: 19" x 8.5" +33mm offset (Tires are 245/40/19)

Any advice would be great!

Yes, need to shave/roll the fenders though.

you'll be fine. You might rub slightly in the rear at stock height, but i doubt it. If you do, all you need is a very slight fender roll, very easy to do.

right now I got a 20x8.5 +40 but I am using a 5mm spacer up front and I am running 350z s-tech no problems and I might be going lower.
