Best Non-Directional, Symmetric 245/45-18?

Say I want the utmost in rotational flexibility...

- are there any decent non-directional, symmetric tires made in 245/45-18?

- stand outs? (desired attributes in this order: Dry Traction>Wet Traction>Quiet Ride>Ride Comfort>Snow Traction)

- would running the same 42-45 offset all around be the best compromise for 245/45-18 on either 18x7.5 or 18x8 wheels F/R on a 6mt sedan? Seems those are the offsets/widths available in the lightweight rims I've liked. Any reasons/benefits of going lower, say, 38-42?

Thanks, advice appreciated.

Thanks Ray but I'm looking for symmetrical, to rotate side-to-side or corner-to-corner without dismounting. I don't think anyone makes it in this size. Grrr...
