Nobody makes a 225/45/18 NON-directional tire?

I have been searching for a NON-Directional tire for my full sized spare... I can't seem to find one that is 225/45/18. What gives? There has got to be some available?

Anyone know?

take a look on tire rack.... i see a bunch that are non directional
