Seeking advise on tires for 2K6 6mt. Coupe

Bought my G about 6 months ago and started modding it several months ago. Next up, I'll do the clear-bra, true-dual exhaust and possibly an intake. Replaced stock speakers last week and since I'm finally driving the car more, it got me thinking. Not trying to start a flame thread here but, after looking at lots of aftermarket tire/wheel combo, I don't see any sense in dropping 4K on a combo. I'm perfectly happy with the tire width and size on the car. However, the car has only 8K on it ,but the tires feel like they don't quite make good contact with the road when I'm at 60-70 mph on the freeway. Last car I bought (which I still own), was a 2K SE Max with 17's. Replaced stock tires with Michelin Pilot Sports and it felt like an entirely different vehicle. For those that have replaced the stock tires but have kept the stock 19's, independent of cost, what is the best tire for the car out there? I've looked on www.tirerack.com and I thought I could get a more honest answer from you guys here. Sorry for the long post.

toyo and falken also seem to be the tire of choice when it comes to replacing stock tires.. i have had both and haven't had a problem with either..

proxes 4 with toyo and azenis st-115 for falken...

many choose the t1r's and fk-452's if you're really into performance driving, but for comfort i found the above to work just fine...
