Help with removing deep stains in wheel lip-

Hey guys I used a wheel cleaner on my wheels and now there are deep white stains in the Lip, I have tried polishing with metal polish with not so great results. Anyone have any tips? here are pics of the stains..

a lot of people had this problem. it's impossible to remove. You have to strip them and get them resurfaced. Never ever use wheel cleaner on volks. Sorry u had to go through this.

that is the result of the anodizing being damaged. You will have to completely strip the finish and repolish the metal now.

Yea... Volks will do that when wheel cleaner is used on them. You have to strip them and get them fully polished.

ahhh oh well, i guess ill be calling around for prices on refinishing.... oh I used this stuff called Wesley's wheel cleaner. but I may have left it on there too long and when i got back it was sitting in the hot sun.... lesson learned there!

Don't use any wheel cleaner on wheels. Only use car wash soap, even on the OEM rims.

If you wouldn't use it on your paint, don't use it on your rims.

Those wheels were for my audi a4 since its gone im selling off all the parts so i can start buying stuff for my G
