Question with spacer and suspension on the rims I'm getting soon- please help

I've a 05 coupe 6 spd (sport suspension). I'm looking at getting a set of 19" rims that has an offset of +38. the size of the wheels are 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the rear. what spacer should i get to set off the car with the best look?

can you not get the same wheels in better coupe offsets? like in the mid to low 20s offset? That will give you the more aggressive look.

Also, if i want to lower it.. what kind of spring should i go for? i wan to drop it a bit for the best look, but not too low. i see Teins H-tech, S-tech, and Basic. What would be the best set up for me?

Thanks in advance for all the suggestions

well, long story short, there is a set selling on the forum and thinks it's a good deal on the wheels. however, it's +38 so i was wondering what I should do? 10mm?15mm? or higher on the spacer?

really need some help guys.. and any suggestion on the suspension is appreciated.

if you MUST get those wheels with the ****ty offset of +38 then i'd get some 25mm spacers for them to sit flush for the most part.

i'm getting a pretty good deal on the wheels so i thought putting on spacers would solve the problem. is 25mm the best? i have heard so many different suggestions im so confused on what size spacer to get. i have been told 10, 15, 20, and now 25 :/ so confused.
what size of spacer will give me the best "flush: look? is there any website or source i can get such info?

thanks
