Tire & Wheel question
i just found out something about my tire and wheels
on the door driver side , it's said my car is : front 225,40,R19, rear 245-40-R19 Manufacture Recommend

but i look at my tire it's said front 225 - 40 R18, rear 245-40R18 and other one is 245-45-R18??? what the hell this 1 bigger than other one???
is it gonna *** up my car???
