cons of 20" rims on a g35

are theyre any? im just trying to decide if i should go that big. i have a 2003 sedan.

as with increasing the rotational mass on any vehicle, you'll experience a decrease in acceleration and an increase in braking distances.

Rougher ride and increase chance of damaging rims driving on crappy bumpy roads (like here in SF) especially if you are dropped.

I cracked two of my 19's.

Not when you have g37 brakes...lol but it is true decreases acceleration. I like my 20's Can't wait for my new wheels

thanks for the replys guys but would i need to roll or cut the fenders? also will my speedometer be off? remember im driving an 03 sedan.

Depends on tire size. If you run the right size; you won't have issues.

As long as you keep the same tire diameter same as the stock size; your speedometer will not change. If you alter your tire diameter slightly; you won't be able to tell the difference anyways!

I have 20's and I'm very happy! They ride well; the only issue I have is driving on rough roads with the negligible tire profile! Aesthetic wise; they are the perfect size IMO!

20 looks the best on the g and fills the gap, very nicely.

i have had almost 7 sets of wheels on my cars, and by far, the 20's look the best.
