Just Ordered...What do you think??

You could have instead ordered a 19x9.5+12 which uses the same high pad so you would have the same BBK fit, plus a 72mm lip and flusher fitment like the rear. In the rear, you ordered a 19x10.5+18 normal pad with a 97mm lip, okay fitment, but could have been better if you went with a 19x10.5+5 or a 19x11+11 which would have the same bbk clearance as the set you ordered plus a 110mm lip. The 245 on the 9.5 is going to be more stretched than the 285 on the 10.5 so I would have gone with a wider rear for a better look. Still some sweet wheels though, just kinda sad that they could have been even better
My 245's would be too stretched on an inch more rim up front, I'd be rolling on rims with absurdly low profile. 245/275 F/R is a good match with 8.5/9.5, and I seriously question how much wider you can go in front w/o clearance issues in the wheel well (not fender), esp. if the car is lowered. You're going to hit splash guards somewhere, for example.
The offset fits and matches up F/R, I have plenty of Brembo clearance f/r, looks like I could easily go up to a larger rotor than OEM in front. The 19x8.5 F doesn't stretch a 245/35/19, the offset in the rear puts a 275 right at the edge of the fender with plenty of clearance w/o rolling it. The style of construction makes the lip issue moot, they don't look mismatched in terms of lip depth, etc.
Wth, 275 already is a LOT of rubber! Go look at a NISMO Z -19x9" front and 19x10" rear with 245/40 WR18 front, 265/35 WR19 rear - those rears are still a bit stretched IMHO on a 265 with a 10" rim. A 275/285 rear would have put just as much rubber on the ground but given you a little more sidewall between your rim and the road, 265/35 is really low effective profile stretched on a 10" rim.
Personally I think the rears look stretched here compared to the fronts, too, illustrating your example of the 245/285's above -
I could use 1/2" drop but the wheels at least match up well:
Plus they give the car a good stance, again a little tall, but working to fix that soon
