Replacing stock 18in wheels

I bought some Tenzo DC-5 Ver. 1 19x8 front 19x10 rear. The fronts have the five lug nuts and 1 hidden nut in the back on the hub does anyone know what that nut is for and do i need it on? Thanks for the responds.

The extra bolt is because you have staggered setup from the factory, and so you won't accidentally put the front wheels on the rear hubs and vice versa. It can and should be removed for aftermarket wheels.
