should i be worried about this offest???

i have a 04 coupe with Bermbo's. currently i have spacers on the car and lowered with 350Z S Tech's. 15mm(F) and 20mm(R). i am getting rims next week and the offset on those are 33mm(F) and 34mm(R), so it will equal to 18mm and 14mm if i am not mistaken. the rims size is 19x8.5 and 19x9.5. it this setup gonna rub? i do not want to roll my fenders nor do i want it to stick out past my fenders. wheel experts please chime in. thanks
