will these tires fit in my OEM 18''

Front sizes are 245/40-18
Rear Sizes are 255/45-18


my friend told me this is the best set up for my 06 coupe, can you confirm please before i make the order

I have 245s/40-18 on the front: no problems. I also have 275/40-18 at the back without any issues, so I don't see why your 255s would not work. All on stock OEM rims.

Yep, they will work(at least the fronts definitely will).

I have the same front tires that you mentioned(245/40/18) on my stock rims. I was going to get 255's, on the rear, but opted to stick with 245's in the back after doing some research and finding that a few people had issues with VDC kicking in sometimes in corners due to the larger rear tire diameter compared to the front. The difference between 245 and 255 is pretty much negligible, so I figured I didn't want to risk it for such a nominal gain.

rears are a little wide but should be fine

Post a pic of your car with 275's on stock rims, if you have that setup. I'd like to see what it looks like.

Technically 275x40x18 tires are too wide to safely run on an 8" wide rim.
