I originally was going to go with the 19s myself until i looked into long term and looked through the price of the tires. Also in the 20 inch wheels if your concerned about tires and the performance..... don't be. I see a lot of the guys on here running falkens and stuff, they are ok but why wouldn't you go with the bfg kdwII??? I plan to get those when i need to replace my tires and they are priced very very reasonable. A young guy at my work has them on his srt4 and they ride AMAZING and hook better than almost any all out street tire. ( not including street/drag radials ) I am very confident in that recommendation also. Guys, constructive criticism doesn't hurt my feelings, let me know what ya think. Hope this will help in your search. But as you have said you do have a lot of pot holes so your situation is some what different.
What is this mess of text? 19" tires are way more expensive than 20"? Where'd you come up with that?
Lets just look at your KDW2's on tirerack
255/35/19: $238 255/30/20: $239
285/35/19: $288 285/30/20: $306

One more thing REDLUDE I am 100% positive 19 inch tires are more expensive than 20 inch tires for our cars when you compare equal quality, and why would I look on tire rack???? I have stated in a previous post that my line of work is a manager at a wheels and tires store, so if i wanted to get my azz ripped i would look there. And did you even add their 12 $ shipping cost???
our price bfg kdwII
255/35/19 = $218
285/35/19 = $276
255/30/20 = $210
285/30/20 = $271
So not a big dif with the bfg kdwII but if someone doesn't have that money to spend on tires look at the nittos and stuff 19 inch > 20s all day

19s are so much more resistant to potholes than 20s

Changing your tune now aren't you?
Why wouldn't we use tirerack which is one of the most popular online tire sites for a price comparison that proves exactly the opposite of what you tried to pawn off as fact? Instead we should go based off your word on unpublished values which don't even prove your point.

Why are you comparing wider 19" tires to skinnier 20" tires with the wrong aspect ratios?

DUDE CAN YOU NOT FN READ, EVERY TIME I HAVE MADE A POST ON HERE I HAVE SAID THE 19S ARE MORE EXPENSIVE AND YES THEY ARE AND YES THIS INFORMATION IS FOR SURE. WE GET OUR TIRES AND WHEELS FROM AMERICAN TIRE DISTRIBUTORS WHO IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST DISTRIBUTORS WITHOUT A DOUBT, IN THE US. YOU NEED TO GO POST ON A FORUM WHERE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. YOU ARE IGNORANT TO THIS TOPIC. AND THOSE RATIOS ARE WHAT YOU SHOULD RUN IF YOU HAVE THE 20S. ANY MORE QUESTIONS I CAN EMBARASS YOU ABOUT I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO SO. I HAVE ALSO STATED ALL THE PRICES AND FACTS WHICH IF YOU COULD READ SHOW THE 19S ARE MORE EXPENSIVE. WOW NOT THAT HARD

Pawn Of As A Fact??? Your Doing A Good Job At Pawning Yourself Off As A Dumazz. Like I Said This Is My Line Of Work, I'm A Newb On This Sight But Not At All To The Tire Industry You Might Be Able To Get Someone Who Has Less Knowledge About This Subject On Here But Not Me. So Save Your Self Some Trouble On The Arguing And Accept The Fact You Are Going To Look Like What You Are. A Da. I Have Also Found Another Thread On This Sight Before I Joined That Said The Exact Same Thing!!! 19 Inch Tires Would Cost More Than The 20inch Tires So By Calling Me Wrong You Would Be Calling Everyone On That Other Thread Wrong

Hey whats the price for some Kumho Ecsta SPT 18? I need 2 ^_^ 245-45-18 THANKS!

BTW I loooooove Mayas, Iforged, HRE, VOLKS, but they are $$$$$$$. If you are on a budget and looking for decent rims go for Sevas and maybe Axis as well. All good brands.
