HANKOOK TIRE Ventus V12 evo K110

http://www.hankooktireusa.com/press/...ew.asp?pid=207anyone has anyone tried these tires yet? i'm looking for an inexpensive "standout" tire. i think the next least expensive tire would be the kumho SPT. reviews on the tirerack claim that the tire has a softer sidewall than the oem bridgestone RE050A and thus softer cornering response. i would actually go with federal 595 tires because of their outstanding drifting reputation, but they don't have front tire sizes available for our 19s. i guess more expensive tires in this class really are better or is it just marketing?

expect road noise after a few thousand miles...my kumho spt's were relatively quiet for the first 2000 miles, then it became increasingly louder...bottom line is, you get what you pay for.
