whoa. thats a real site? i thought it was a smart *** remark. cred card would be the way to go though. get one with a 0% intro rate for the first year. builds your cred and you get wheels. bam.

just wait man.

If you don't have enough CC to purchase the wheels then I doubt you will be able to find any other way to finance them.

Les Schwab can prolly sell you wheels and open you a Credit account on which you will have to pay monthly but I doubt it. I had one when I owned a trucking company so it could be for business only. And on top of that they don't have a good selection.

Go to your bank, they can do a loan against your car with low interest rate. Or they can just straight up do an unsecured personal loan, but with higher interest.

Another option is to add the cost of wheels to your current auto loan, if you have one. I know you said you paid cash for your G but thought I would also mention it if you only paid for a portion of it and financed the remainder.

I remember a freind doing this with his wheels, the place gave him 90 days same as cash, so he just brought them from them and payed them off in a few weeks, I was hoping to do the same thing, I just picked up a 08 R6 and will be able to just ride that to work and let my car sit in the garage till the stock wheels sell. I will most likely just get the loan from the bank, I dont want to be with out a car for to long. thanks for the imput guys, always helpful!!!

if you rent wheels, you will end up paying a lot more than what they are worth. These places lock you down on very high interest rates on a monthly or weekly fee to rent some dubs. like most here have said, wait, save, then get something from the marketplace or something like that. you can always find a good deal in there, or eventually maybe even a group buy. these "rentnroll" places are all over tampa. i know a dude who rented 24s for his H3.

You also have to keep the wheels from damage. regular wear and tear will occur and these places will nickle and dime you for the repairs. it's like a leased car. Do it at your own risk.

If you have a job and it's not enough to pay for rims, get another part time job just for the sole reason to be able to afford the rims you want. If you don't have time for another part time job then I suggest in this early stage in your life I would definitely consider smart money management. Because if your this desperate for Financing for just rims, you'll always be walking the line in being tight Financially. Car Hobbies are great but along with that is smart money management. Good Luck!

I wouldnt finance rims. Just work and save your money, sounds like you make enough to afford some nice rims within a couple of months.

Don't finance rims. Either you have the money or you don't.
Rims aren't worth the trouble.

thanks for all the feed back! I guess I worded things wrong in my first post. I was just looking for a way to get rims fast seeing that I could just leave my car in the garage for a few weeks and sell my stock wheels. I just got a flat on one of my rear tires and I was just thinking that I would go to a place that does 90 days same as cash or something like that, I just dished out 8k for the bike a few days ago and don't really have another few lying around. I am just going to wait a few weeks and pick up some rims.

As with any other modification to a car, financing is usually a bad idea; if you have to finance the mods, you can't afford to mod the car (for the time being). I also recommend to others, that you shouldn't modify a car you don't own outright

I really would recommend that you save and pay cash for the rims, same as you did with your car and bike.

+1 for anyone who has enough income or saving ability to do that.

www.discountedwheelwarehouse.com

$2000 = $100/month
$4000 = $200/month

thats the only place i know of but i have never shopped from them b4 nor do i trust them but if you do go through with it let me know how it goes. I understand your situation tho, im the same way, if you have a G and you have the mod bug, driving it around with stock rims/parts just doesnt feel right, and financing rims is the quickest way you can fix that, but i just dont know if you can trust the site so let us kno wut happens!!!!

Don't think about modding if you don't have cash upfront...
