Re-Polish My Lip???

I recently took my wheels into get some curb rash polished out. They guy did a good jobm actually a great job but there seems to be some type of clear coat or something on my lip, thus the color is off... The newly polished part is actually shinier than the rest of the wheel. I would think some people here have had the same problem, any input on how I can fix this???

what kind of wheels do you have and what finish was on the wheel originally?

Well I left my camera at work fellas,,, I have Work T1s Black with polished a lip...
