Finally bought 19" OEMs for my 03 Sedan. Widest tire size without rubing?

Yep, after months of looking for some I bought a set of 19" OEM rays.
I want to put wide tires as possible, especially on the rear without them sticking out like a rice rocket. I am sure the stock size (245-40-19) will be fine but I want at least 255s on there. I also want a tire with a profile not too low to leave too much gap between the fender and the tire. The sizes I am considering are:
245/40/19
255/40/19
255/35/19
265/35/19

255/40/19 would be a good size for the rear. 245/35/19 would be a good match for the front

Would 245/40/19 fit on the front with no problems or they have to be 35 profile for sure?

You really need to look around in the sedan stickies and other threads. Your question is likely answered there. I don't think you can go larger than the stock tires though. The offset of the wheels is too agressive for the sedans. Many sedans w/the 19's even go down to 235's. Lowered it that is.
