Can I Chrome Volks GT-C?
Can I Chrome Volks GT-C?
I just purchased a used 20" GT-C Gunmetal, everything looks find except front two wheels' clear coat are fading a bit. I know volks are made of something else and not chrome. So I was wondering if I can chrome the barrel, is that possible? Does anyone knows or direct me to a place when I do the job? Thank guys.

^ I agreed. That anodized thingy.. *sigh* why do volks has to put that on their wheels? So easy to mess it up and volks wheels are not cheap too. Chrome would be much easier to maintain.

heavier, more expensive to fix when damaged by rock chips/curbing etc. I would op to just have the anodizing stripped off all the wheels and maintain them by hand polishing. This has all the advantages of both chrome and anodizing without any of the disadvantages except for the need to constantly keep up with the polishing.

lol.
