Looks HOT!

Are those OEM 19's powder coated gunmetal?? And if I'm correct, it looks as though the lip is not polished but powder coated as well??

They are powdercoated Metallic Gunmetal, and yes the entire wheel was PC. He also has spacers on his wheels so they sit flush with the fenders.
