Thumbs up Looking for custom look on OEM 19's...

As the title says:
I'm getting bored of my OEM 19's on my '05 G. I've been researching and thinking about getting the rims powder coated gunmetal and having the lip polished. I have a black coupe.

Any ideas or thoughts out there? What are most of you (with black coupes) doing to your OEM 19's? I would like to keep the OEM 19's and get a fresh/clean/custom look with the powder coating.

Pics would def help as well.

Thanks guys

Save money and do it yourself! FTMFW! lol . If you got the money do the powder coat. If you are on a budget do it yourself for less than $100 for everything. Check out my paint job ^_^ https://g35driver.com/forums/body-interior-exterior-lighting-diy/222235-diy-19-rays-stockers-gunmetal.html

A great color that will always look good on the OEM 19's is Metallic Gunmetal.

Thanks for all the advice guys! Really appreciate it

Does anyone know how much it would cost to get the OEM 19's powder coated gunmetal and the lip polished?? And last question how long do you think this whole process would take?? I have about one week remaining from my vacation then head back to work!

Thanks again

~$75 per wheel for the PC job.

Polished lips on the OEM 19s will look horrible, IMO.

Found some pictures of the OEM 19's powdercoated gunmetal with polished lips!

Chime in and tell me what you all think before I have it done to my wheels! BTW, this is the exact look I'm going for!

Those are knock off 19's that are actually 18" and the faces of those are pushed in more to give it a bigger lip.
