Hello all, did the search on spacers recomended for the stock G35. I have the 245/225/18 tires and reading along this thread, I think its safe to go with the 20mm spacers. Does anyone know a reputable site to buy the spacers?

I've just installed 25mm in the rear, lowered on Z h-tech. Rubs a tiny bit in the rear. I think 20mm would be perfect.

Try getting some Project Kics from HR Autoparts.

Of course this isn't really feasible, and the difference is minimal and more of a factor during low speed turns, so its not something you should really worry about
How does this decrease the handling of the car? To me it seems like it would make it better. You are pushing the wheels further out there for giving the car a wider stance...wider stance = more control over the weight transfer or making the car less top heavy.

Why would pushing the wheels out make the car less controlable?

What he says makes sense... just try to draw out the difference in your mind. There is a difference between a wider stance and using spacers to make a wider stance when it comes to steering...

i had the same problems with my spacers, regarding handling. i only have the 5mm ichiba spacers on all 4 rims/tires, and my handling became really bad, even with my suspension set to 3 below the stiffest. im thinking about taking them off, because i prefer handling over looks anyway.
