Adding TPMS? A big deal?

I just bought a set of OEM 350Z wheels for my G and they appear to have TPMS sensors. My 2003 G35 however was not equipped with TPMS. Is that a big deal to add-on to my car?

I have it in my 2007 Tacoma. It seems like a good feature to have especially since low pressure can decrease your gas mileage.

My 03 G didn't come with TPMS. I now have TPMS wheels installed and was wondering what it would take to add the rest of the TPMS system in my car. I wasn't sure if it was difficult or expensive to do or not
