Help! Slip Light & VDC Light on all the time

I installed Tein S Techs on my car on Wednesday night. I went to drive the car today and my VDC light is on along w/ the Slip light. Does anyone know why? I am having the car aligned tomorrow. I hope this will help. It looks like the camber & tow are way outta spec. Could this be why? I am afraid to drive it... Any suggestions would be appreciated

No they are not. I purchased 20" Maido GR-5's w/ Nitto 245-35-20 & 275-30-20 about a month ago. Everything has been fine until the spring install. I just dropped off to one of the best alignment shops in NJ. Hopefully everything will be o.k.

Re: Help! Slip Light & VDC Light on all the time

The slip light and VDC light will stay on when the VDC system is faulted out. This happened to my G when I had it dynoed. The tech shut of VDC and did a few runs. Then, he accidently stalled the car and restarted it. When he restarted it he didn't shut VDC off. With the back tires going 100 and the front tires not moving the VDC system freaked out. I shut the car off and restarted it about 5 times and the lights eventually went out. Everything had been fine since then.

On another note, if one of your ABS sensors were damaged during the installation of the springs the lights would come on and stay on. Try doing an ECU reset and see if that helps. Otherwise, take it back immediately to the place that installed the springs and let them worry about fixing the problem. The longer you wait the easier it will be for them to say it wasn't thier fault. I don't see how an alignment will fix this problem, but it won't hurt anything!
