well, i did it. i popped some coin for some merc silver gts in the 17/18 offset. can't wait till they get here. they are in stock right now, but i'm just waiting for the centercaps to come in before i have them shipped. it's ok, i can wait. in the meantime, i have to go get springs installed and my fenders rolled in san antonio. i'll post pics up in a new thread once they come in...it's gonna be SICK!!!

thanks 888...my gut was tellin me to go with merc silver over the tit gm. so, sharif at forged called me and said "have you decided yet" and i said...wtf...let's go for merc silver...he said i wouldn't be disappointed. since they only had 1 set in stock, i didn't want to pass up the opportunity to get them and then wait 3 months for others to come in. i plan on droppin my car in the meantime...either df-210s or eibach sportlines...however, i might as well change out my shocks too at the same time. i plan on driving 2 and a half hours for the spring install and fender rolling to san antonio since corpus christi sucks and i don't trust anyone to do it. any recommendations or either of the springs. you should check out ralph004's LP on merc silver...thread called fresh wash, that's all...his car looks siiiiiiick!!! i also plan on going with rays lugs...either anodized blue or red for something different...whatcha think???? AAAAAND trust me, when these bad boys come in, pics pics pics!!!! hahahaha.

you know if i could do it all over again with springs i would get the Tein Basics.. a bit more but worth it if you want to get an aggresive drop in a complete package. the only problem is that you WILL need front and rear camber and thats about another $600. Not that im being cheap but ive put thousands into this car already and ide like to save some too. haha..
For lugs i have the project kics R26 in neo chrome LOVE EM! $h!ts are hot!! hard to find and ive never seen em on a car around here. I gotta get some dope pics up soon..

Would the project kics in neo R40s look awkward on the GT-S? I already know what the R26s look like, so if anyone has pics of the R40s on this wheel, I'd like to see them. Thanks.
