It might be a really bad knockoff of the original Haweka one. The Haweka one costs over $1000 bucks and is very heavy duty. The cheapy knockoffs will just break apart. Tirerack will loan you a Haweka, but there is a 6 month waiting list i believe and you have to put a fatty deposit down to use it.
