Yes and no.. sort of.
VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) includes both traction control and stability control, as well as something called Brake LSD.
The Brake LSD tries to fake a mechanical LSD (limited-slip differential) by braking the slipping wheel to force power to the other wheel.
When you turn off VDC, traction and stability control are disabled, but the Brake LSD system remains on. This is why people say you can't turn it all-the-way-off.

6mt only and it only transfers about 30-50% of the torque
