Help Tire Problem

So i just got new rear tires for my 04 Coupe and i am having a lot of problems with the traction control and the ABS turning on a lot. In the rear i have 255/45r18 Brridgestone Potenza RE050A and in the front i have 225/45r18 Bridgestone Potenza. I believe my problem is because the tires are different kinds of Potenza. The rear are sport tires with 140 Thread-wear and the fronts are 440 Thread-wear and are touring tires. Is this the problem? I can even go around a corner with out the traction control going on. It never use to do this before when my old tires in the back. They were the same kind as the fronts but they were 245/45/r18

Do you have TPMS? If so they may need to be reset.

sounds like VCD is going off due to the different gripping levels of the tires... the compound of the rears will stick alot more than the front thus VDC thinks your front tires are slipping.

sounds like you need new front tires with better grip, its the VDC tripping out most likely
