Those appear to be dead/on the wear line... Obviously theres no camber wear but the middle of the tire looks dead to me

My guess is maybe 1k very carfully driven miles if that.

 

so these tires...theyre definitely not driven less than 9K on these rite? driven way more than that?

It doesn't really matter how many miles on them, but how they were driven. I wouldn't use those tires, they have barely any tread left.
