best wheel spacers...

What are some recommendations for the best, strongest most reliable wheel spacers for the OEM 19s and an 06 coupe. Sizes are personal preference.

I want to put these on until i get my BBS LMs. The tucked in thing is driving me nuts, just want to bring the wheels out a little bit.

I know absolutely nothing about wheel spacers, never used any before and never though I would.

Thanks.

Also in for a good brand. I need some big ones though for one plan I have. Somewhere in the area of 1.5"-2"

project kics makes some really nice spacers with the studs built in so you don't have to take your hub out and swap out the oem studs...makes it really easy to put on and take off...they come with and without hub centric circles...i have 10mm on my g35 with 19x9.5 +23 offset and it brings the wheel out perfectly.

Ichiba makes great ones too. The hubcentric ring is machined into the spacer. They come in 10, 15, 20, and 25mm. The 25mm comes with bolts built in, all others come with longer studs.

H&R rules, I'd feel comfortable with them or any German product for that matter.

The whole reason I went with KW coilovers and the difference is tremendous over TEIN.

Does H&R make hubcentric with the bolts intergrated?

They do in the 25mm size, eibach makes 10-20mm spacers that are bolt on and hubcentric. The rest of the H&R's require stud replacement, which isn't that bad. I have 15mm h&r's on the front of my coupe currently

One more question as I'm unfamiliar with spacers. Is an alignment required after install, as far as camber and toe?

there are many threads out there on spacers for OEM 19's.

If you want spacers specifically for the OEM 19's, and you aren't planning on increasing the tire size, many members have gone as aggressive as 25MM spacers. For a not as aggressive look, many members have gone 15MM (fronts) and 20MM (Rears).

If this is going to be a temporary solution, I suggest going with the Ichiba Version 2 spacers. They come with the studs built in, so you don't have to install extended studs. I believe the H&R and Eibach 25MM spacers also come with the studs built in. The reason why I recommend these over the Kics is b/c they come hubcentric, while with Kics you have to purchase the rings separately.

If this is going to be long-term, I recommend getting spacers that require you to install extended studs. I'd feel more secure and "safe" driving with the extended studs installed.

In terms of price, I believe Eibach > H&R > Ichiba

I currently have Eibach 10MM in the front, and H&R 15MM in the rear

alignment is not necessary after you put on spacers.
