Axis Milano Offsets and Bolt Pattern

I'm having a difficult time after reading some conflicting information here regarding offsets. I've just purchased Axis Milano wheels (19x8.5 F/19x9.5 R) for my 5AT Coupe, and I want to make sure I've got the right offset and bolt pattern. At the moment I believe I have ordered a +25 offset for the front and a +30 offset for the rear. I have read, however, on this forum, that a +15/+20 offset would be required to fit over the Brembo's. Of course, I DON'T have Brembo's, so will my original offset be OK? Will I have a much smaller lip than if I choose the lower offset numbers?

Also, I would like someone to clarify that the coupe DOES come with a 5x114.3 bolt pattern?

Thanks for the help!
