Pics G35 Sedan just lowered and on 19s

As some of you know, I have been asking lots of questions lately about the eibach springs and the offsets for the 19x8.5 +45 front Axis milano fitment on the sedan. Turns out everything worked out perfect.

In the last few days, I've gotten the windows tinted using a light 50% tint all the way around. I installed the eibach springs two nights ago. Last night I installed the front wheels using a 5mm hub centric spacer both to the hub and the wheel and it fits perfect! No vibration or rubbing. Note, this is using a 19x8.5 with a +45 offset and a 5mm spacer, thus equating to a +40 offset. It can be done.

Also, last night I installed the OEM spoiler from spoiler depot. It took me about 45 minutes to do the install very easy, but you have to be careful when drilling the holes.

I haven't installed the rears yet, those will be here tomorrow. I'll post some more pics once I have the complete package and the car washed up and shined.

So far I am very happy with the results. All of the last 4 cars that I have owned have been lowered, this one rides the best and has lost only minimal driving comfort..

I'm lovin the G.

Can't wait to see the completed project... BTW did you have the factory sport suspention? I did and if so maybe you'll agree. It seems to me that the Eibachs ride much more comfortable than the sports. I'm thinking it's mainly the progressive spring rate that plays to this factor. Also what width and offset are you running on the rear?

For those who care. I drive a Silver Sedan 6MT CA license plate "KRZ HAYN" = "Krazy Hawaiian". A "Shaka" is always welcome.

Kawika,

I have the stock suspension, non sport. I think it drives great.
The rear will be 19x9.5 with a +45 offset on a 275/30/19 inch tire.

Wow! Those Milanos look great on the sedan. Why can't you customize the offsets for the Milano wheels or do they only come w/ the +45's?

Re: Pics G35 Sedan just lowered and on 19s

I just also got my springs installed (B+G Racing) the drop was very appealing to me and suppose to be pretty good spring rates and my 19x8.5 ADR M-Classics, outcome SICK!! I definitely need an alignment and some hunbcentric rings like I was told. Sukhi I went with +40 offset, can i use any 5mm hub ring? Was it just for your Axis rims? Where can I get 5mm hubcentric rings? Ill post pics of my drop and rims this weekend prob tomorrow. I had the sports suspension on my G, full nismo sports package G and it rides smoother. Im prob the only person that would be pissed about that LOL, I wanted maximum performance and something real stiff, maybe they still have to break in!! Let me know ASAP, I was getting vibration at highway speeds, thanks. Martin

5mm hub rings? I think you are talking about 5mm spacers. The hub rings are sized according to your wheel bore and the vehicle hub bore. Our hub bore is 66.06mm and you have to find out what size your wheel bore is, and then you order from there. You can usually get the rings throught the wheel dealer, but I just ordered a set of metal hub rings (which I think are better) from Discount Tire Direct. They only cost me $10 via ebay, but you can buy them flat for about $15 brand new.

Okay, I've finished the car. Got the rear wheels mounted and washed the car. The car looks amazing. NO rubbing whatsoever and its perfectly smooth on the highway. I have 4 people in the car over the weekend and it was a smooth comfortable and firm ride. Perfect :-)
