I just picked up a set of Axis 19x9 and 19x9.5's for my 04 sedan with sedan offsets (30-38mm, don't have the exact numbers here at work). From my many searches, it sounds like a 245/40, 275/35 combo may be best as far as maintaining stock wheel/tire heights.
Do any of you guys wish you went with another tire combo? I'm seeing some of you had to roll your fenders with a drop and some saying no fender mod was needed with the same wheel/tire combo. I'll probably lower with coupe springs later, provided I don't have to roll the fenders.
Should I stick with my original thinking on tires?
Thanks guys.

30-38 is a very wide range...you have to tell us the specifics...but i'll bet that you will rub front and rear when you lower.
even if you don't lower, your 9" front with a 30 offset, you will rub when you turn....

^^lol..definitely it needs a drop on 22s...a few years ago, did a customer's 7 series without a drop and the gap was just horrendous to look at...post some pics when youre done with it!
technically by lowering you should be increasing negative camber, so the wheel to fender gap will increase slightly at the top
laces out!
laces out!

That's what I was thinking.
Anyway, here are the offsets. (F)8.5 +35 (R)9.5 +40

I'm running the same brand wheels 9.5 +40 rears, no roll, dropped 1 inch with room to spare.
