What coupon code? I just ordered my tires from there on Weds. I didn't use a coupon code. Did I miss something?
I am now waiting for the "shipped" e-mail confirmation. I called Friday to confirm if they had my Falkens in stock, but they didn't return my call. I'll check again on Monday.

I used that website for a price comparison and my local dealer did the3 same tires, but installed. The shipping cost offsets the mount/balance cost. So, if you buy from them, you'll end up spending more ultimately.

I placed my order Monday night. I got the automated email reply for my order. No reply email to confirm that it has been processed yet. Called yesterday afternoon and left a msg. Called just now and left a msg. I need my tires SOON, and if I don't get a reply tomorrow, I might have to go somewhere else. Anyone else run into this problem?

I've never had a problem with them...I've ordered twice from them now, I ordered a pair of Falken FK451-275/40/18's first then I ordered a pair of 245/40/18's about 2 weeks later, I never had to call them, they did everything by email...first you'll recieve an order confirmation email, usually the day you order it or the day after, basically saying they've got your order and it's being processed, then the second email from them, which you'll recieve in a day or two after the first email, is usually a tracking number and so far every order I've recieved from them came in a timely manner, so I'll definitely order again from them, good luck.

FYI, I posted a thread on my experience with them in the buyer feedback section back in April...don't worry man...It'll be right at your doorstep when you least expect it, It happened twice to me already lol Both sets of tires came when I got out of my morning shower, and both times I was leaving to go get a bite to eat and BAM! their they were, I got very excited both times lol...man don't you just love that feeling

** UPDATE **

well just got an email from them that said simply this:

"the tires you ordered are out of stock"

No other words, no explanation of when to expect them, no questions asking if another brand or size would be okay, no asking if I wanted to cancel my order, not even a name of who responded. Not very professional at all IMHO. I called their 8xx number twice and both times got a machine. I called another time and someone picked up telling me to hold. I held for about 10 minutes, heard some clicking, then the phone just went to a broken dial tone. Called back again and the same guy answered who put me on hold for about 5 more minutes. Wasn't very professional in the least. Didn't even ask my name or for my order number.

I work in telecom customer service as a manager, and the way you present yourself to customers is very important. Your voice is a representation of how the customers perceive you, and my perception of this guy was that he didn't give a damn at all. I cancelled my order and I don't think I'll do business with them again.

Here's the same sorry message I got from them today. One whole WEEK after I ordered the tires. That is horrible serivce. I've called them 4-5 times now and have only gotten that stupid message. I left 2 messages and have yet to hear back. You are right....their customer service SUCKS!!!! Now it's obvious why their prices are cheaper....they don't have the overhead. NO DAMN STAFF!!!!!!

I sent them an e-mail and asked how long with they be out of stock. Needless to say, I was fuming!!! I'll see if they answer. According to iForged my wheels should ship by Friday. (if I'm lucky) So it appears I may be cancelling my order too. Grrrrhhhhhhh
