Average time for install?

What is the average time it takes to install a set of springs and struts? i can either go with a shop who charges $65 an hour or i can go to another shop who will do it for about $175-190 as a fixed payment.

Thanks for the help.

Re: Average time for install?

I am not a professional and I can do it in three hours. So I would assume that 65.00 an hour for less than three hours would be better, unless they run into problems.

without the beer, putting together the spring compressor and my kids needing lunch, I probably could do it in 2 hrs or so.
