Explanation mark (!) light came on

This morning on my way to work, the (!) light came on and there were beeping noise. I have no clue what it is trying to indicate... brakes? tires? engine? The weather was extra cold this morning, I don't know if that would affect it.

Anyone have any idea what might have cause this? SHould I take it to infiniti for a look?

2005 AT Base, 38k miles.

Tires Pressure Monitoring System. No owner's manual?

It may be due to the cold weather and/or high altitude, or you may actually be low.

thanks for the responds, low tire pressure makes sense for the EXCLAMATION mark. I'll put air in later today.

Why don't people bother to read the owners manual?

The manual is kind of misleading with the description of the light.
I thought it had something to do with the brake fluid until i did a quick search on the site, and learned that it was the TPMS...

I couldn't locate the Manual, so can't depend on that.

Anyway, I checked my tire pressure, its all a lil bit below 30psi so I just put more air in them (32psi). (!) light is still on. Is there anything else going on beside tire pressure?
