Its looking like I need to replace my OEM 18" tires on my sedan. I have narrowed it down to two brands which are all-season ultra-high preformance tires and would like to know which ones you all would suggest to use.

 

I've had 2 sets of the ASXs on my old GTI. They aren't bad tires, but they aren't really UHP all seasons. The sidewalls are way too soft and the tread rolls onto them really easily.

Overall, they're decent tires. Just don't read too much into the UHP category.

Almost anything are better than the OEMs... those things couldn't even handle the rain we have out here...

I'm not a huge fan of Khumos... in fact, I hate them unless I was only running them for about a week or two. How bad is the winter out there? I run on summer tires all year round. I know there are complaints about Pirelli PZero Nero M&S but those were my favorite tires for daily driving. I honestly wouldn't go with either of the two you chose... neither do that great in wet or snow, and yet, neither of them handle well...
