Anyone running this rear tire setup on a slammed ride?

My car is slammed on my Tein Comfort Sports and i have run through two sets of rear tires in under 16,000 miles... I was visiting a friend out of town and got two flat tires - I was using 275/35/19 on the rear - well when i went in to order tires i accidentally told them they were 275/40/19's...Now my car is currently in Washington DC (i live in Ohio) and they just got in the 275/40/19's - anyone know if they will work (the fenders are rolled) or should i tell them to re-order the 275/35/19's? I just want to be able to get my car and get it home.

As soon as i get it home - i plan to raise the car about an inch or so - or possibly go back to the stock suspension - I am sick of the rear tire issues i have been having with the lowered G

anyone have any advice or run a similar setup?

 

horrible tire size, those are almost an inch taller than stock. Not only will they look shitty, but they may also cause VDC issues

 

I just want to get home honestly so if they can't get me 275/35/19's i am stuck with these - will they do the trick?

I will be putting the winter rims on when i get home - and i can remove the tires and sell them on ebay or something.

 

how far is the drive? you'll prob survive but your VDC may be out of whack during the drive which could end up apllying the rear brakes.
