Question about tire sizes for Coupe

Hello guys. I have a 2006 Coupe with the 18" rims from the Performance Tire and Wheel package. I'm wanting to replace the 225/45 in the front with 235/45 and replace the 245/45 in the rear with 255/45. I'm okay with a little bit more diameter and am wondering if the width is okay on these rims. Does anyone have any experience with these sizes? Thanks.

Got Rubber....?

You can go with 245s on the front too, never liked running smaller tires on
my frontend. The 255s will work out back, just don't go any larger. Remember
when buying new tires, you get what you pay for. Cheap tires don't last and
they will cause major issues when driving especially in winter....rain....frost....etc.

Thanks Gary. I felt sure they would fit, after reading about all of the sizes of rims and tires people here have used. I wouldn't want to put anything larger than a 255 on the stock 8' rims.

the width is fine, but I would run 245/40/18 in the front instead to keep the OEM height stagger

Just as a followup for general info, I got the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus, shown here in the sizes I was considering. Probably not the exact tire most of you guys would like but I'm very satisfied. Much better than the OEM Pilot Sports that came on the car. I like having the slightly larger size.
